The eldest daughter of the Maimhov clan, Qhas is stern but caring. From a young age she has carried the responsibility of caring for both her mother and her younger siblings. She has a fondness for children, and enjoys instructing them in the ways of the hunt when the family settles close to another. She has a habit of gifting custom bows to those who come of age.

Despite her stern attitude she is as guilty as her sister of doting on their younger brother Miah’a, and it is partially because of her that he is so sheltered. She shares her mother’s disdain of the Elementals and Wood Wailers, partially due to witnessing an attack on her mother by a Wood Wailer when she was young.
